    Terrible service. Sat at drive through for 4 minutes and no one answered, I then went to window to place order because I'm hard of hearing. I asked to place order and she said I have to drive back around to place order because there busy making 500 burritos for an order. I then placed order and asked what came on it, she gave me the ingredients, because I am allergic to sour cream, and guess what... Sour cream on my food.

    I arrived Sunday at 1pm to hopefully snag the limited Baja Blast Pie. They were out of pies, and the person working the counter was very rude about it. So I ordered a burrito. 40 minutes later, I asked for my money back and left. I understand it was busy, but not 40 minutes for a single burrito busy. I am never coming back to this location.

    How is this place still open? All the one star reviews tell the story. Waited for 10 minutes just to order at the menu board. Came up to the window waited another 25 minutes, never got my food becuase I finally demanded a refund...which took another 10 minutes, after which the person said "you were only at the window for 20 minutes!" Please, for your sanity, do not come here! I have seen some stuff in my life: By far the worst fast food experience I've ever had... As my wife said "It far exceeded any expectations for a bad experience."

    A bit messy, always crazy, crowded and always have a problem with getting food from them.There is an older woman there that really does try hard.And is definitely showing she has some good customer service skills , but the others definitely need to work on there customer service skills. Just an observation.
