  I asked a worker who was filling pick up and go orders if there was any more ground beef that was on sale, he went out into the meat department and said yes he is making it now so I said can I wait and he said yes-he was great and friendly!! I waited 15 minutes just outside the open door to the meat department and I saw a guy outback with a rack of trays with about 24 packages of ground beef ready to wrap and looked at me through the door and never said anything to me and continued wrapping ALL the trays on the rack-another 10 minutes. I waited and the original guy from pick and go said what did he get lost and I just shook my head and then the meat guy wheeled right past me with the rack and the pick up and go guy said to him can I get two packs for my order and he gave them to him off the rack and I finally spoke and said can I please get two packages and he just kept filling the empty space without handing them to me, so I reached into the space he was filling and grabbed two packages and he said wow can’t you wait and I said I have been waiting 25 minutes-he was super rude and unprofessional, no customer service skills and should not be dealing with customers period. I won’t be buying meat here again. Do better!!

  The cashier working check out was horrible- she berated a woman for grabbing a bag of onions without a UPC code and insisted that she couldn’t manually enter “yellow onion” on her register to check her out without a code- she could. Instead she made the whole line wait while she initially told the woman that she would need to go back to get another bag of onions and then eventually sent a bagger to do it. But, the woman trying to buy the onions took the last bag. Eventually someone showed the cashier where “yellow onion” was on her screen- where she was the whole time, but too busy being irritated by doing the job she was hired to do to look. My 75 year old mother eventually got to the front of the line to purchase a couple of items and some hard cider. The cashier was rude and insulting about the purchase of alcohol and told my mother that she “better have an ID” if she was going to by the cider and “don’t forget your beer” in a snotty tone while my mother was putting her items back into her cart. Some people really shouldn’t work in customer service positions and this cashier is one of them

  Online ordering is not the best here, too many substitutions. Also they ignore a customer when they call and try to ask about an issue. You can’t fix an order if it closes out also they say they will go find another product to replace the out of stock one and never do. I hope more effort gets put into these services.

  I used to love shopping here, but now I don't. There's a manager, hispanic or whatever, she continually yells at workers, she's even yelled at an older lady, customer!!!! It has happened on quite a few occasions......get rid of her or you'll lose ALL of your customers!!
