We waited forever for our stuff and It showed on there computer screen our oder was ready, I went up to get it and I had gotten my coffee and I just asked about the rest of my order and this one coworker a guy remark well ITS NOT DONE YET! In a rude way, and I said oh ok it just had said it was ready then he said well it's not always right ya know! Horrible attitude! Wish I got his name. We will never be back to this location ever!!!

Even if the line is backed up inside and out they continue to accept orders from customers which then slows down their business even more. They then become short and crabby with customers because they are trying to keep up with the orders they created. Instead tell the customers politely that they will have to wait a few mins so you can catch up. It didn’t used to be this bad when the store manager chet was there.
