There for a good 20 minutes and she told me they were out of a drink that my customer wanted so I had to text my customer and ask her if she wanted something different which she said that was fine so they had to rip open the bag and take it out. Take her donut out and put the drink in another bag will come to find out they didn’t have that drink and then they had what she really wanted so I just said yes put it in the bag I need to go I’ve been here like 20 to 30 minutes now and I said I have other peoples bags in my vehicle which is food and it’s getting very cold because I have to wait on you She was rude.

Several other customers who came in behind me placed orders. Took almost 20 minutes to get my order, meanwhile those that came in behind me placed and received their orders before me. Not until th 3rd time where I had expressed my dwindling patience did I finally get my order. Yes, they were busy but nonetheless 20 minutes to get a 50 count box of munchkins is unacceptable!
