I went with my kids to the Weare Subway on February 10th. The new manager Mysti is great. She greets you with a smile and is very friendly and kind. She does not make you feel rushed or feel like you’re bothering her. The food is always prepared exactly the way I want and it tastes great. Mysti always checks if I have Subway rewards so that I can redeem them. She is a great addition to the Weare Subway.

I stopped by Subway around noon on Friday, January 9th, and I want to specifically acknowledge the two young women working the midday shift. One of them seemed newer, and both were genuinely kind, attentive, and patient.
My sandwich was made exactly the way I asked — which sounds simple, but anyone who eats out regularly knows that it doesn’t always happen. There was no rushing, no dismissiveness, and no attitude. They listened carefully, checked in when needed, and took obvious care with what they were doing.
What stood out most was the tone of the interaction. It felt respectful and calm, and I never felt like I was an inconvenience, even during a busy lunch hour. That kind of service makes a real difference, especially in quick-service settings where it’s easy to feel hurried or overlooked.
It was a straightforward visit, but a very positive one, and I appreciated the care they put into getting things right. Please pass along thanks to whoever was working that noon shift — their effort did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated.
