The management would not show her face at the window when I asked repeatedly to speak to a manager. The larger employee was disrespectful and rude when I asked for one more cream in my coffee because there machine is not correct as my coffee with 2 creams shouldn’t be as dark as it was. I’m a store manager at a different franchise and I know what coffees look like just by color been doing this for 15 years. The older lady with bangs and blonde hair at the window also super disrespectful and the older lady with the short grey hair order taking what 8am also disrespectful if you purchase a coffee because you live near by and then travel an hour to work unfortunately you “can’t come back the same day right?” So why wouldn’t it make sense to correct it the next day? I’m not going back at 6pm and remaking a coffee after a shift when I’m not drinking coffee at 6pm. I will contact Quinn management over this matter. And will not be coming back. Even tho it’s convenient I’ll go elsewhere

Staff is courteous. Not so sure about the cook on 1/28/26 @ 10:45. She seems to have taken her anger out on my hash browns squeezing them into a ball. No apology.

i went in today and there was two people on the floor and the girl that was making my drink i believe her name was laura she made my drink and then put it down and went on her phone for like ten minutes she wasn’t helping and she was being very disrespectful to her coworkers and was not helping and she was on her phone the hole time

At this Dunkin @530 on 12/22 with my family including my 6year old son. Shout out to Addie!!! She was so professional and attentive ❤️ however she had to be with the slacker young girl and boy that were making her do everything while they goof around and flirt with each other. Not cool. They were throwing ice at each other and talking about inappropriate things. after Addie asked them for help I had to threaten them with a cup of ice down the shirt if they didn't start making my dinner. It's no wonder why people say it takes forever at this location... But a big thank you to Addie
