She was so professional and attentive ❤️ however she had to be with the slacker young girl and boy that were making her do everything while they goof around and flirt with each other. Not cool. They were throwing ice at each other and talking about inappropriate things. after Addie asked them for help I had to threaten them with a cup of ice down the shirt if they didn't start making my dinner. It's no wonder why people say it takes forever at this location... But a big thank you to Addie

Walked in to guy mopping floor mid afternoon, creating a dangerous environment for walking. No rugs except for one being used by four people on the side of the entry, waiting for their orders. I slipped a couple times getting to the counter, got blocked by the guy mopping, and had to wait as he mopped and sloshed dirty water over my shoes. Thankfully it hit only the rubber bottoms and not the tops. Made it to the counter, only person there (saw just one car in the drive thru. There were two people behind the counter but they never even looked my way. The mopping guy went behind the counter and I heard them having a conversation but it didn’t include him informing them of my presence. I waited five minutes, then gave up on my order, which, at this location’s prices, Would have amounted to around $65. Way to lose a customer for life. If manager Angie cares about company profits, maybe she’ll reach out and try make this blatant disregard for customer service right. Time is money. This is three times this location has dropped the ball. Now, it’s time to start Leaving reviews. Wow. Simply terrible.
