I went through the drive through at shift change. No one would answer the speaker. About 15 cars left. I was waited 30 mins because people didn't realize no one was taking orders until the got to the speaker. We drove to the first window and a male cashier said we needed to go back around in the drive thru to order. He couldn't take it at the window. We then drove to the second window and waited for the manager. She said go back around and wait to order or come inside. I have worked a drive thru for 17 years at kFC. NEVER have I once said that to a customer. That is so unprofessional. The cash registers are right there at the windows if need be she could have written it down WALKED to a register and put in it. Instead she gave attitude because she as a manager can not multi task and handle shift change. That is not my fault! Extremely disappointed!!!!

Not too busy, small McDonald's - about what you'd expect, I'd give it 3 stars for being average but one employee was particularly nice and brought us our meal so I'll bump it up to 4 stars
