I went to the store tonight and was in a bit of a rush. Once I finished up at the self checkout I guess I turned my cart too fast around the corner and a jar of pasta sauce fell out amd shattered. The staff were so kind and understanding about it, they even cleaned the whole mess for me since it was a liability for me to do it. Awesome customer service, will definitely be going back. I'll try not to make a mess next time though haha

Worst grocery store I’ve ever been in. The “remodel” made this disorganized and dumpy store even more difficult to move around in. Aisles are full of shippers and stock waiting to be shelved. This morning, Saturday morning, there were two cashiers open, a huge line for self check out, and a bunch of employees standing around looking unpleasant. There is now nowhere to line up in the front end. It’s a complete scramble, no one knows where to stand. Frankly it’s a fire hazard. The last aisle of dairy and frozen is so full of abandoned u-boats, unpacked shippers, and discounted product I just had to leave. I will never shop at this store again. I have hated it for years but today was the final straw, I’d rather drive half an hour out of my way to shop somewhere that at least pretends to care about the shoppers experience. Not to mention the products are overpriced, damaged and dirty.

After reading through the reviews, I see they all are about the same things and your responses are all the same. Isn't it time you do something?

The Shaw’s remodel is anything but. Basically, all that was done was to reshuffle products from one side of the aisle to the next, remove items (some of their own) and put in a few new coolers. The same problems that existed before the remodel still exist namely the overcrowded aisles. There is hardly room to move. They continue to have displays at the ends and in the middle of the aisles. They leave empty trolleys all over the place. There are piles of cardboard in aisles, grocery carts full of products in aisles. This is the most disorganized grocery store I’ve ever shopped at. Today there were more than the usual number of shoppers. No room for any lines to form at cashier. Extremely difficult to maneuver. Everyone I saw, mentioned how awful the store was and that there was too much stuff at in the aisles. People were shaking their heads. Also, the parking area for the electric carts is in a horrible location. Personally, I go to Keene as much as possible.
Another point, woman at self check-out did not know about a coupon. So I did what she said to do which I knew was wrong, and it was. Wasted 18 minutes dealing with this. Employees need more training. All in all, never a positive experience here at Shaw’s in Walpole.
