  The worker behind the counter was yelling at her employees in a very rude way, i understand people can have bad days but she handled the situation horribly. her tone was awful towards her coworker and easily could’ve talked to him instead of yelling. i don’t reccomend coming here unless you want a bad dine in experience and realize how mean some people can really be.

  Went through the drive thru and got a caramel frappe the voice over the speaker was very friendly. Very quick line, they had me wait for a short moment to wait for the espresso machine and the frappe was great!

  The staff working the drive through tonight was excellent! My food came out perfect! And the employees were friendly and even made me chuckle! Definitely a five star crew!

  I pull into a McDonald’s drive-thru thinking it’ll be quick. There are a few cars ahead, nothing crazy. The kind of line that lies to you. The speaker crackles. I place my order. The voice on the other end repeats it back… wrong. Completely wrong. I correct them. They repeat it again—still wrong, but confident this time, like I’m the one confused. I pull forward. The line doesn’t move. Engines shut off one by one. No one gets out. No one leaves. The menu board starts cycling through images that don’t exist anymore. Old logos. Smiling mascots that look slightly… off. Watching. I finally reach the window. No employee. Just the hum of fluorescent lights and a paper bag sitting there like it’s been waiting for me. I open it. Wrong order.
