- MMMatthew MurphyJul 17, 20251.0I went to get a ham egg and cheese breakfast wrap yesterday through the app. They forgot the ham, gave me regular cheese instead of pepper jack, didn't toast or heat anything (cheese wasn't melted at all and the egg was literally refrigerator cold), and it barley had anything on it. I got a fountain soda but the ice machine was broken so I had a warm soda I couldn't even drink to go with my cold egg sandwich. Cost like $9. I called to tell them my experience and didn't even get an apology. Girl on the phone was like "oh, okay?" Almost as if I was wasting my time by calling. I'll never go back here again. This Subway has gone downhill big time.
