Normally, i'm pleased with their food.So I couldn't give it a one star, but I came across THREE small pieces of bone while eating one burger. When I went to let the guy (cashier)know just thinking maybe they got a bad batch or something so he could tell his superior, well, that is when one of the cooks walked up and started arguing with me, like actually arguing with me "it was probably a sesame seed". First off, I didn't get a bun.Second off sesame seeds are not rock hard or shaped like this little piece of bone I was showing them. I wasn't trying to get a refund or a discount or anything like that I was just trying to let them know they had bones in it. I was really quite shocked to be met with the attitude. I mean, the guy was so angry he stormed out of the food prep area when I said "we'll have to agree to disagree". I get that It is similar in size to a sesame seed. But it's rock hard, it's definitely cooked bone. Below is a picture of just the bone and the bone next to a sesame seed. Only got 2 of the bone peices, the other I didnt find.

I arrived to pick up my order and was told that they did not have an order for me, and asked if I had an order confirmation. I showed them the order confirmation, with the order number. They proceeded to shrug and say it didn't go through because they didn't have a ticket on their end. I then pulled up my bank account and showed them the payment for the order. To which they continued to tell me that despite my order confirmation AND payment - that it didn't go through because they had no ticket for me on their end. They offered no solution - not even a suggestion to place a new order (to which I wouldn't anyway because they already had the money for the previous order). I then asked for his name (no name tag) and phone number of the franchise owner - to which he told me he did not have any phone number, and I would have to go "look it up" myself. This gentleman claimed to be the store manager. He had zero customer service skills. When I got to my car, I called the corporate office and not only could they see my order AND my payment - they were incredibly helpful in ensuring I get my money back. Corporate gets 5 stars... but this location will never see my business again.

I love this Five Guys because of the friendly service ethics taught right from day 1. Patty, new herself, was teaching another young man. Still remembered me on the Cajun spice so I could taste it later. Was so grateful. Thank you!

The people working there were great but the food is overpriced for whay it is. The fries are soggy and not the greatest and the burgers are really not that great. If you want a good burger I would head over to Red Robins.
