  I go here every morning because it is on my way to work. Every morning is between a 10 to 30 minute wait and most the times I get there the place is empty. The staff walks by you with no greeting or even a "I'll be with you in a minute." This place is always dirty and unclean and I have stopped ordering any food products here. The bathrooms are nasty and it does not look like they have been cleaned in months.

  I went in there, and there was only one person who actually seemed to have the ambition to work. I was just trying to enjoy my coffee, but all I could hear was this woman being mean and nasty to her employees, with very poor customer service. Her name tag said Brenda. I honestly feel bad for anyone who walks in there or has to work there. Brenda, you truly don’t deserve to be a manager. The snarky attitude, the rude comments — yes, people can hear you. It’s almost like you’re whispering through a bullhorn. On top of that, I heard other staff swearing and acting like working wasn’t important. Do better, Brenda.

  I waited in the Drive Thru line for a very long time. When I finally got to the window I was almost handed the wrong Drink. So I had to wait even longer for the correct one. I was already home when i realized it was an iced coffee, not the iced latte that i ordered and paid for which is more expensive.

  coffee was only half full and when i said something i was told they weren't allowed to fill it up the rest of the way because it was ordered with less ice, even though i order my coffee the exact same way at every other dunkins in the area and have never had that problem.

  Worst dunks experience ever. We ordered three sausage egg and cheese wake up wraps, a cinnamon raisin bagel, an egg and cheese wake up wrap and an order of hash browns. The only thing that was correct was the bagel, we ended up with two bacon wake up wraps and a sausage eggs and cheese croissant and no hash browns. We were on our way out of town and didn’t have time to go back. Our order was completely wrong, ruined our experience and I really don’t ever want to go back. Do better, I know you get paid pennies on the dollar, but at least put a tiny bit more effort. Waste of time, do not go here if you expect your order to be correct.
