Guy at window was taking order instead of counting my change and getting my food that is now cold. Lobby was empty. This is a common occurrence. Poor management. Poor cross training. Everyone is slow going here. No rushing. No hurry. Im at a FAST FOOD restaurant NOT SIT DOWN. 1 more chance and Im done here for good. So are others already. DO BETTER OR CLOSE THE DOORS!
