I thought it was lacking just whipped cream but it was Carmel when I ordered mocha. I was too frustrated turn around and go back to ask to have it remade again.So I just left with the wrong drink Pay attn guys 😏

Biting into it feels like it wasnt toasted at all, its like biting into a raw bagel. Then on top of that they put the thinnest layer of cream cheese. They use to put a decent amount on it but its like they only put a half of one of their containers of cream cheese that they sell. Messed up! Do better! When someone say toasted dark... they mean DARK! A BIT OF BLACK IS OK!
