Learn how to cook this steak correctly, the outside shouldn’t be burnt and then instead shouldn’t be well done. Won’t be eating at the Stratham NH location ever again.

However, this particular location does NOT use the pickup shelf but does not tell you that on the website or with a sign on the shelf. So we waited there for a while for our food to be put out on the shelf (thinking we got there too early). When we went to the counter to ask on the status of our order apparently it was done a long time ago but they don't use they pickup shelf because people were stealing orders. This confusion could've easily been solved if they just had a sign on the shelf that says they don't use it and to go ask the cashier for your order. It's especially confusing since the website tells you to go get your food from the shelf after your place the order.
