- JBJenna B3 days ago1.0I hadn’t been here in a while because they always messed up my orders in the past, but decided to give them a shot again. Mistakes were made. I ordered a steak burrito bowl with no rice or beans as I am cutting carbs. I got home and found that at least HALF the bowl was filled with white rice. It was so much, it felt intentional. I double checked my order to make sure I actually said no rice, and I did. The store was DEAD, so it’s not like they were rushing or anything. And on top of that, the steak was gross and chewy and there were barely any pieces. Don’t waste your money on this trash. I am sick of wasting my money on overpriced food from places that can’t even bother to do their one job. I want a refund.

I have come at all different times of the day and they are always out. I was even told once that they weren’t going to make more for the lunch hour because the needed it for the evening. I’m pretty fed up with it. The veggies are my favorite part of the burrito/ bowl, and I’m constantly disappointed that they don’t care enough about the customers to order enough in the first place. They raised prices but lowered the quality in food and service.. please get your act together.
