  I’ll be the first to admit that I frequent the KFC/Taco Bell drive-thru far more often than I probably should. The service is usually somewhere between “meh” and outright miserable, depending on the crew. And honestly, with the cost of living and the wages involved, I get it — no one’s expecting five-star hospitality. That’s why what happened tonight, January 9th around 9 p.m., completely caught me off guard. From the moment I placed my order, the experience was wildly different. The person working the drive-thru intercom was genuinely pleasant, upbeat, and clear — a shocking change from the usual garbled, shouting-into-a-swallowed-microphone experience I’ve come to expect. Their positive energy alone was refreshing and immediately set the tone. Then came the real surprise at the window. Normally, this is where you’re met with someone staring blankly into space or distractedly chatting with coworkers. Not tonight. The gentleman who took my payment was just as cheerful and attentive as the person on the intercom — maybe even more so. He noticed my older father sitting in the passenger seat and, without being asked, offered him a kind compliment and applied a senior discount. That level of awareness and thoughtfulness genuinely blew me away. It didn’t stop there. When he noticed I’d ordered my chicken sandwiches with no mayo (which, by the way, were also well above average in quality), he proactively offered sauces. When I wasn’t sure which ones were available, he kindly showed me the menu photo on the window and answered my questions quickly and accurately. Every interaction felt intentional, helpful, and sincere. I was honestly baffled by how much better both the service and the food were compared to my usual visits — especially considering I’m there at least a couple of times a month. It left such an impression that I felt compelled to write this review because these employees deserve to know how exceptional they were. These two employees are absolute role models and deserve recognition — whether that’s a raise, praise, or some form of appreciation. Hopefully their energy rubs off on the rest of the team. I don’t know any of the workers personally, but damn — outstanding job. Truly. You are appreciated.

  Watch your order. They combine the ordering but serve you separately if there is a KFC order and a taco bell order. Double check everything cause chances are it was messed up. Ordered the 12 pc wings got 6, order taco just meat and cheese only got meat, chips and nachos sauce got neither then when corrected got nachos sauce no chips, finally got m chips. Took us 8 trips to get our order and make it right

  This place just keeps getting worse and worse. Average wait time is around 20mins inside or at the drive thru, doesnt matter. Ive waited over 30 before. It took over 10mins to even be acknowledged the last time I went in. Had to stand there repeatedly loudly asking hello, is anyone working the counter? Almost everything in my order was made incorrectly or just missing components like the sauce for the potato taco this time. No guacamole or red sause on the nachos. Had to open each burrito to see which is which since they were all wrapped the same. Ask for hot sauce and they give you less than 1 packet per item, and my favorite, no napkins. Prices are crazy high, sizes are down, and you can't even get what you pay for anymore. I just don't understand how this level of incompetence can run a business?

  It should not take a half hour to get your food through the drive through. Pay your employees.

  Overall good experience except the guy that went on and on about deleting and blocking people on social media.
