- KRKristina RankinFeb 12, 20261.0The staff here is lazy, slow and rude. They’ll make your drink wrong and then yell at you when you politely ask for them to fix it. Don’t go to this Dunkin if you want your order made correctly or if you expect good service. In particular, there is one young lady working here who has a very bad attitude and is extremely rude to customers. I asked her to fix my drink (that was made with the wrong vanilla added) and she snapped at me, went to “fix” it and shoved it back at me… and it was still wrong and she couldn’t care less and wouldn’t do anything about it. You will get terrible service here. Pick a different Dunkin!

Was told "Sorry, we got a big food order" but if you knew that why didn't you want us when we were first? There were at least four people working and for five full minutes nobody was on the line. Absolutely no hustle, either, just tepid performances all around. They even forgot our order after we paid! Don't you have an order screen?! Disappointing and slack. Train your people better.

Went through the drive thru and tried to order a drink and the worker (Rachel) just answers "no", "nope" "discontinued". Instead of telling me from the start when I clearly had no idea anything was discontinued. I've worked at dunkin in the past and honestly the environment is just disrespectful and unprofessional.
