  There was only 1 other person in the drive through; myself and a lady infront of new who only ordered a coffee. I spent a total of 20+ mins in the drive through, 15 mins of which was waiting at the window for my food. Two people behind me who already ordered just left the line. I looked inside the window and it was a madhouse. Not a single customer inside of the building, but there were mobile orders everywhere. It looked like an absolute mess. I even had 3 different people ask me what I was waiting on. I never thought I would see the day that mobile orders trumped the customer that was face to face with you. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor cleanliness. This will be the last time I go there.

  this is the worst dunkin’s i’ve ever been to! They had a span a few months back were they were decent but before that and now it’s the worst! Coffee always made wrong, terrible service, just a bad experience overall every single time!

  This Dunkin’ Donuts declined taking my $100 bill. This was the only cash I had on me. They refused to take it and since I had no other cash I had to leave. I did call back and speak with the manager and Asked why they wouldn’t accept my hundred dollar bill and he said that it was company policy. I have been to Dunkin’ Donuts before I have worked at Dunkin’ Donuts. I have friends and family members who have worked at Dunkin’ Donuts, and we have always been able to accept any form of cash.. When I was trying to explain this to the manager, he continued to interrupt me and speak over me and hung up on me because I kept telling him to let me finish my sentence. I would not go to that Dunkin’ Donuts ever. They are always too slow on top of that.

  I went inside thinking it would be quicker than waiting 5 minutes in the Drive-Thru upon coming inside there was only three people scurrying through drive-thru while the manager was just sitting out back which I know because the nice girl scrambling to make coffee is yelled his name Parker which he never came out until her co-worker went out back to get him. The girl was so kind to let me know there's a little bit of a wait. I worked for dunkin' donuts before and I know how some managers are. Definitely room to do better dunkin' donuts especially around your 9:30 rush

  Not only was the women who was at the window rude. I got handed my drink (a refresher) which was not even mixed. And I had two wake up wraps that were not even cooked, they were just thrown in the bag. Pretty gross.
