    I went into mcdonald's in And I saw a commercial about a daily meal and a meal with a daily double.I didn't actually know that was the name of the sandwich.So when I was ordering , another employee came over and told me that that was the same , So I told him I wasn't aware of it.I thought that was the name of the meal.Not an actual sandwich that he told me I was rude, and I said, I'm not being rude. I'm just telling you, I didn't know that I was confused. But you are being rude. I told him to get my his manager. He refused to do it at first, and I said it 3 times he went back in the room well around the corner and proceeded to tell the His manager that there's some lady out there who's acting like a jerk. So the manager comes over and I tell her you should not have him out here helping people. He just called me a name, told me I was rude and that's not appropriate behavior for an employee at a business with customer service. I will never ever go in there again. Mind you, I asked the manager if she could make the burger fresh for me and I would wait. The burger was old and cold, and so were the fries.

    Placed a breakfast order on the app. Got a pop-up notification since it was close to 10:30 AM to get my order in before 10:30. I did but when I got to the drive thru it was 10:32 and I was told I couldn't get breakfast then even though my order was in before 10:30.. Also, I never got refunded for the order. When I try to locate the order now there is no record of it, even on the app. I will NEVER visit this ripoff McDonald's again.

    Many time I have issues with Sam one of them employees he’s rude takes so long I mean sitting in the drive three line for 10 min just waiting to order well today I order paid I go to grab the food and then grab the drink he shoved it at me it hit the car and went all over me somthing needs to be done about sam

    Always nice to pull over on the highway, stop at McDonald's, get back in the highway and see that several items in the to-go bag are wrong. Great job, team!

    I ordered a simple vanilla ice cream cone thru the drive-thru. Not rocket science right? The guy tried to give me a cone where the ice cream was literally just 2" above the cone. Seriously, measure that out. 2"? We've all had soft serve ice cream in our lives and they are usually 4", 5", or even 6" above the cone. To make matters worse, the Seabrook McDonald's, in an effort to cheat us even further, keeps the ice cream machine at a temp right around freezing. As such, when you get your ice cream it's already melting. In my case, the ice cream in the 2" cone was literally tipping over and DRIPPING on the hand of the guy in the drive-thru as he handed it to me!! WOW! I paid $3 for 15 cents of minuscule ice cream only to have it spill on me in my car because the employee didn't have the class or professionalism to remake the cone? I don't want to have a cone that's been dripping down the hand of an employee! Who knows where that hand has been! To make matters worse, I went back to the very same store 2 hours later and ordered another cone. Guess what, different employee, same result! Bad management=bad employees. Buyer beware at this place.
