I frequent that place very often and there's this heavy set spanish lady that works there, she's very miserable and rude. She got rude and yelled at me in 2 different occasions for absolutely no reason, and when I try to ask her why, she ignored me, then turn away and start to talk to her coworkers in Spanish. I've actually seen other customers getting the same treatment from her and it's not right. She has very poor customer service skill and shouldn't be working there.

Placed an online order on a Friday night at approximately 11:00pm. I drove to this location and pulled up to the drive thru to retrieve my order. The lady over the intercom immediately exclaimed, "we're closed". I then stated that I was here to pick up my online order that was in progress. She then replied in a confused manner, "sorry, we're closed". Nothing else to do than to drive away. I did witness others cars after me be denied, but saw that they did serve a few people as they ordered at the drive thru and drove up to the window. Seemed a little sketchy.
Approximately fifteen to twenty minutes later on the way home I get a notification that my order was "Completed" and that I was charged the amount. I sent a dispute in with corporate for a refund, with my confusion as to why they were closed at 11pm on a Friday night, when the hours stated a late night closing (I believe 2am). Four days later, I get the generic "we're sorry to hear about this" email and said my refund would be on the way in about a week.
With some forgiveness, a week later I placed and online order again and went inside to pick this up. Upon opening the food when I got back home, they had forgotten an expensive item on the order. I sent another request for partial refund on the item to corporate, but was met with dead silence.
Now I make it a point to not visit this Taco Bell location anymore. The food is great, but being burned from deception and non resolutions outweighs the taste. I have chosen to vote with my dollars, and no more of it goes to this Taco Bell.

usually dont have a problem with our food but i placed a mobile order and at the window was asked if i wanted any sauces and said i would pay cash for the nacho sauce, lady told me her systems down and cant charge me? but the restaurant was open and taking orders? ok. i asked her if she could just throw an extra in or if i could just leave her the $1 for the sauce and kept repeating herself she cant charge me. confused on why were being stingy over a dollar sauce but ok.
