I wanted two vegetarian subs. We like to tell the food preparer what we like for fillings and how much to put on. For instance lots of olive oil and extra pickles. The male preparer refused to put on the amount of oil and pickles I wanted. He told me that's all your getting. At that I refused to go forward with my order and walked out. My advice to you is dont bother giving this subway your business because you wont be happy with the service or the end product.

First of all I was greeted with what do you want? No respect for their customers as I have a disability and I wanted American cheese and then provolone and I got mixed up and I meant salami and she said that’s a type of cheese! Like she was mad at me or something. And then she was very aggressive taking the rest of my order. Wasn’t really friendly at all.

I got two footlongs and wanted to use my 12.99 coupon...tell me why the worker there (she was an elderly hispanic lady) refused to give me the subs for 12.99.....she scanned the coupon, then decided to charge me $2 extra for mozzarella cheese just because it was fresh ( I went there at 7 pm lol) as well as another extra $2 for "extra" provolone cheese when she barely put any on in the first place. When it came time to scan the coupon, she didnt even wanna give it to me in the first place because she said the coupon was already scanned (I scanned it IN FRONT OF HER by accident before she rang up the subs) so idk why she was acting all confused. SO then she proceeds to scan the coupon then adds all the extra charges....whats the frickin point of me coming into use my coupon when im gonna end up paying original price anyways?...teach your staff how coupons work lol its embarrassing also maybe tell them to not makeup extra charges outta nowhere??
