The absolute worst McDonalds experience I have had my entire life. It does not matter how clearly you speak, how polite you are or how patient you are, prepare to get the wrong order fries dumped upside down and guarantee it’s all spicy if that’s NOT what you ordered. Complete joke. These “employees” do not deserve to be paid at all, for their incredible incompetence and lack of basic awareness. Order a pizza, FORGET about this embarrassment that once was…..

Up here for a family road trip. Went through the drive thru. The lady was super nice, and the food came out super fast. But we ordered 2 kids meals, burgers, and chicken nuggets for everyone. Burgers and nuggets were good. But the happy meals had NO chicken nuggets in them. Big disappointment. We should have checked before driving off, but we were assuming they were all there since everything else went well. Very sad as the kids were really excited for their happy meals. Great customer service, but a bit more QC is needed next time :(

Got flipped off
I placed a mobile order on the app, selected "drive-through pick up", got to the restaurant, and saw that the drive-through was almost spilling out into the street and the line wasn't moving, so I pulled off to the side and used the app to change the order to a curbside pickup. 25 minutes after I arrive, a worker comes out, gives me my food, I say thank you, she mutters "yeah, sure" and then flips me off as she leaves. It's drizzling slightly, but it's far from pouring, and the whole thing felt very unnecessary and rude. Food was good though
