- NMNathálya Martins3 days ago1.0The manager at this Dunkin’s is terrible he is flat out rude and has no customer service skills on top of that he treats his employees Terribly I went into this location two days in a row on one occasion, he said out loud to himself why do I have employees so I can do the work myself? By far the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen then today as I was waiting for my food he told somebody at the drive-through sorry these guys have no idea what they’re doing. Have a great day. The staff at this location works really hard and I think they deserve better management. Whoever is the DM of this location really needs to have a chat with this guy or find a manager that will actually do his job and treat his team well.

I got a small cold brew and tasted like they mixed water with left over cold brew to increase the quantity. I really don’t know how the General managers don’t take note of the poor quality and low reviews. I guess Dunkin doesn’t care about food quality, safety or hygiene anymore.

This time they also forgot the hash browns in my Chipotle hash brown wrap... it's in the damn name.... and tbh those are kinda disgusting without the hashbrowns.... they bacon doesn't mix well with the Chipotle... at least it's only 11$ im out.
