He told us that he would “prefer not to” do a separate order for us and that we were “holding up the entire line already” after being there for less than 3 minutes. He rudely argued back with all of us when we tried to order, and made each order wrong. That was the most rude behavior I have ever received from a worker.

I've seen it go through manager after manager but this one takes the cake it's funny and I kind of giggled reading the reviews because I know exactly who they're talking about the manager at this location has zero personality and he's completely rude to the staff and customers. I started just taking my car to the other dunks on the main drive because you can get in and out of there with your order always right. However this dunks either the espresso machine doesn't work or there short staffed because people call it in sick and I see why because the way they treated. I would call in sick too. All the good people that used to work here when they first opened they all left because they were mistreated. It's not even the management I don't think, it's the owners. Quite frankly everything in Tuscan village is all run the same especially my building, they're trying to squeeze every dime they can out of people but have zero customer service or accountability.
