The real issue was my “coffee” was a cup of hot water with cream. It was not coffee and ended up being thrown out because it wasn’t drinkable. It was a waste of time, money and creamer. It didn’t even smell faintly of coffee. I understand malfunctions but since it was dead and I was the only customer at that time, I’d expect someone to notice they’re serving hot water with cream. Lame visit.

Waited for 30 minutes for 2 coffees because the two kids in the back couldn't keep up with all the orders by themselves. Was the only person inside and if I hadn't asked would have sat even longer. Ridiculous, another customer waited 10 minutes to have their order taken. Pay people or shut down
