    It's a pretty good Dunkins. It's sometimes slow due to the lines, but what Dunks isn't? Very consistent and you know what you're getting here.

    Upon ordering my breakfast Monday morning around 11am , I was very rushed to order and the guy speaking over the microphone assumed after 1 order and every other order after that, that I was done ordering. I had 4 items I planned on ordering for my partner and I and he kept cutting me off and telling me the total amount without even asking if I was done or all set. My receipts says "Jacob" so I am guessing that's his name. After ordering a meal and a hot dunk latte I tried ordering my last 2 items and he just responded "drive up" and I assumed he was going to finish up my order at the window...Once I went up to the window I kindly asked him to add one more thing, which was a matcha latte because he wouldn't let me finish ordering prior to. He became agitated and told me I cant add anything more and would have to make the line all over again and I reminded him of how dismissive he was over the microphone at the ordering screen. But once I told him that he says there is nothing he could do so I told him to forget about it. I was watching someone prepare an egg ham and cheese on a croissant from a distance but that's not what caught my attention....It was the dirtiness of that place and how everyone else looked so miserable working on that floor. I saw what seems to be the manager( blonder older woman) had a bucket of dirty water below the counter but then watched her as she poured this bucket of COFFEE inside big container....EWW.....As she came over the window to pass me my order, I told her the dunk latte order was hot, not iced.....she rolled her eyes and I could see by her hand movements talking to her coworker on my complaint. At this point when she came back to my  window I kindly told her I didn't want my order because customer service is horrible and I would like a refund because the energy incorporated in prepping this food coming from this shop is not something I feel comfortable even ingesting at this point. She refused to give me a refund and told me the excuse that she's stressed out because there is an inspector who unexpectedly arrived from the city. I reminded her that I didn't have to pay the consequences of that and I am paying for my meal and didn't feel comfortable taking this food. She still refused to give me a refund. I am not coming back here again. Horrible location. I would like a refund please. I paid $11.98, I ended up having to go to another Dunkin donuts location.
