    This place is the absolute slowest Dunkin’ Donuts in New Hampshire. when you are second in line, it takes literally 30 minutes

    Dunkins is always a great place to get a coffee/latte and something to eat as well their donuts are the best around outcompeting even the best bakeries their croissant stuffers and sandwiches are fantastic and the staff at this location is always on top of everything especially emily and the manager Paul who seem to be the backbone of this location

    Poorly ran from what I’ve seen. Went in for a small plain black coffee and they forgot to give me a lid. I ask a crew member then they said were busy but someone will help me. So I wait a little then ask someone who appeared to be the manager for a lid for my drink and then they gave me a dirty look as if I offended them. Didn’t help me at all so I just left without the lid also I heard her shouting, belittling her employees during the rush, on top of that she was rude and had very unprofessional customer service handling. Do not go to this location👎🏼

    Habitually under staffed, ridiculously slow. The employees do there best.

    I’ve given this location quite a few chances, but the wait time is insane. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what, but I’ve seen so many people either leave the drive thru line or straight up walk out of the store after waiting a half hour for a coffee that they already paid for.
