The portion was so tiny and sloppy that it honestly felt like they didn’t care at all. This is the second time this has happened, and it’s beyond frustrating. For the price they charge, the quantity should be consistent — not something that looks like it was made in a hurry with zero effort. Chipotle’s quality control has completely fallen apart. If this is what they consider a “full meal,” it’s shameful. I’m seriously questioning why I even bothered ordering. Total waste of money, terrible value, and unacceptable service.

During my visit, I saw the floor covered in food, dirty, the counter where the food is placed was all over the place, the lobby trash cans were full of garbage, the tables were dirty, and the drinks and utensils were empty and not properly cleaned. They really need to keep an eye on that store. I like eating chipotle, but in those conditions, it really leaves much to be desired.
