    I loveee me some chipotle. New to the area. Ordered a bowl on the app with a tortilla on the side. Once I got home and opened my bowl not only was my bowl half empty but I don’t even think I had 5 pieces of chicken in it… same with my moms bowl too. 30$ for lettuce and cheese. Coincidentally enough a group of young kids were in there at the same time complaining to the workers about how their burrito was the smallest once they’ve ever seen and they weren’t lying.

    Angel gave one of the best experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. Super friendly, quick, and actually paid attention to the details of the order. Everything was made exactly how I asked, portions were on point, and the whole interaction just felt easy and genuine. You can tell they take pride in what they’re doing and care about the customer experience. Definitely stood out in the best way.

    This is exactly why Chipotle keeps getting dragged online. I ordered a burrito with: • Double al pastor • Double wrap (paid extra) • Extra brown rice • Extra black beans • Cheese • Sour cream • Mild tomato salsa • Hot red salsa • Lettuce (extra) What I got was a medium-sized burrito that closes easily with zero effort. There is absolutely no chance this contains: – Double meat – Double wrap – Extra rice – Extra beans AND OTHER EXTRAS!!!! Anyone who’s ever had a true “double EVERYTHING ” Chipotle burrito knows those things are massive, borderline hard to wrap, and feel like a brick. This? Not even close. Let’s be real about what’s happening: They’re clearly pre-making or under-portioning orders so the burrito closes CLEAN and FAST, instead of actually giving customers what they paid for. And this isn’t a one-off this happens constantly. You’re charging for: • Double protein • Extra ingredients • Additional wrap …and then delivering a STANDARD burrito like nobody will notice. People notice. This is exactly why Chipotle’s reputation has been slipping not because the food is bad, but because the portion inconsistency and corner-cutting is blatant. If I’m paying for “double everything,” I expect something that reflects that not a conveniently wrapped, downsized version so it’s easier for the line. THERE WAS ALSO FOOD ALL OVER THE FLOOR AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY UNSANITARY. EVERY EMPLOYEE IN THERE LOOKS LIKE THEY DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO BE THERE. YOU ARE WITNESSING A DYING RESTAURANT CHAIN. Look at the reviews. They speak for themselves. Nothing is changing. It is only getting worse people. All management does is say to go to their website, but nothing changes. This food isn’t cheap. Between this burrito and my daughter‘s veggie bowl (with a tip) it cost over $50! We also got two large bags of chips with two large guacamoles. Do better.

    Was excited to try the new cilantro lime sauce. Asked for “just a little bit” when I saw it was cream/yogurt based. Chick put an entire soup ladle of it on the bowl. It happened so fast I couldn’t stop her. The line was long so instead of holding it up to have her remake the entire bowl, I figured I could remove some of the sauce at the table. It seeped into everything and I was left with soppy, soggy, yogurt smelling rice. The smell/look was disgusting. It made me so nauseous I had to put the lid back on and cram in the trash. Line was to the door at that point so I left instead of asking for refund. It’s my fault for not correcting her at the moment… But cmonnn dude. Just listen to customers before ruining their food, please. Made a hot dog when I got home. 10/10.
