  Ordered a blimey limey online with a flatbread wrap which is my usual order. The smoothie looked, smelled, and tasted like someone genuinely threw up in it.. :( I've never gotten a blimey limey that looks like this. The sticker that holds the paper together on my wrap was undone as well which makes me scared to try it after tasting the smoothie

  This is the only store ever to have a problem with my card. Same with the last time coming here. Their card reader has duct tape on it soooo… it’s not me it’s you. Maybe wait time wouldn’t be an issue if the penny pinching store owner would buy a new card reader.

  Have received 3 terrible Smoothies in the last 2 weeks. I emailed and heard nothing back. I feel the problem is the young kids working and that no one cares about the product being let out the door. The drive thru takes forever and then you sip the smoothie you waited 20 minutes for and it's all ice and gross tasting. So disappointing!

  The rochester location is awful unless your just getting smoothies and even then they are ALWAYS out of something lately. I ask for Chipotle sauce on my turkey and cheddar, they first are out of cheddar cheese and they dont listen when I ask for Chipotle sauce on it. It's not that difficult of an order. I go there every week and for the past month they have been out of something, bananas, turkey,cheese, every chip. It's rediculous. And if you order online they wont tell you until after you have paid and when you go to pick it up. Idk what happened to this location but has gone way downhill.

  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stopped by during my camping trip today with a friend. Not from around here and have only ever been to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe a handful of times. We decided to hit the drive thru because we were still in our swimsuits. When we arrived to the drive thru both my friend and I couldn’t locate a speaker and sat at the menu board for a minute or two with no response from an employee. We decided to pull up to the window and were greeted with the nastiest worker. Chloe H proceeded to ask us in a very rude and unkind tone “I’m just curious as to why you blew past the speaker.” She caught both my friend and I off guard and created a very awkward and uncomfortable ordering atmosphere. We received our Nutella Açaí Bowls without any Nutella on them as well as extremely low quality and watered down smoothies. Very disappointed and dissatisfied, she is so rude and should be fired.
