  Just now. 11-25/25, Young female manager with dark brown hair, extremely extremely rude. I noticed that she was handling the register touch pad and then coming back and handling my food with the same pair of gloves so I very quietly asked her if she was going to put on clean gloves before she handled my food again. She said, of course I am what did you expect? And I very quietly said I just noticed that you already did do that so I was just inquiring. She then told me I was being rude. I said I’m not trying to be rude. I’m just inquiring. She said are you going to pay. I said yes I’m going to pay and I was about to put my credit card to the reader when I looked up and she took all my food and threw it in the trash behind her, pulled the chips and the Gatorade off the counter and put it behind her and told me to get out. I asked her who her manager was. She replied “I’m the manager“. I said OK well, who is the owner? She said are you going to leave or do I need to call the police. I then asked her for her name bc she had no name tag on. She refused to answer and again said she would call the police if I didn’t immediately leave. So I turned to leave and told her that she was extremely rude. I was in disbelief the way she acted, her reaction was so quick. It’s like she was looking for a fight. I’m pretty low-key, and I’m 70 years old and I don’t go around looking for trouble, never did, but I was a health officer at one time and I know she was violating the Health code not to mention my food. So I have now contacted the City Hall, and it looks like they have possibly her registered as the owner of the restaurant, but I also got the name of the owner of the property and I’m going to reach out to find out who the actual owner of the restaurant is. And I am filing a report with the health department in the city of Rochester. In all of my years I’ve treated people with respect. And in my lifetime I’ve NEVER been treated like that as a customer. If people stop going there they’ll be out of business, and in reading the reviews, apparently I’m not the only one to have a bad experience there.

  I walked into the facility and politely stood in line, waiting my turn. Another employee was standing there. She says to me "I'M not just standing here to look good" (Not a concern she needs to have). I left without ordering.

  Stopped here on lunch break. Lady here was rude when I asked to use the restroom. I decided to walk out and go somewhere else for lunch I do not want someone with that kind of attitude making my sandwich

  Young girl with the blonde hair is a very sweet employee and probably the only nice one I’ll ever come across there. Past few times I’ve ordered on DoorDash they take an INSANELY long time and they mess up so bad that I actually am astonished. I get how it is to work in fast food, but I’ve never seen it be as bad as this place.
