    We bought frozen tuna steaks which is not what was needed.We returned within under an hour with the receipt, In the same bag and the manager would not allow me to return them! $70 worth of a product i didnt need. This we be the last time I bring my business to this location!

    Hero at the self check out wouldn’t sell us alcohol due to one person having a foreign passport as their identification. Unsure of how a passport isn’t a valid form of identification. Note to self don’t buy alcohol at Hannafords.

    Disappointing and overpriced prepared food experience. We paid $100 for sandwiches that were practically inedible. The bread and overall taste suggested they had been made on Friday and left in the refrigerator until our Sunday am pickup—far from fresh. This was not what we expect from Hannaford, especially for a family holiday event. Due to the poor quality, most of the sandwiches were thrown away, which was an enormous waste of money. At this price point, we expected fresh ingredients and basic quality control, neither of which were met. This experience was both frustrating and unacceptable. We will be sure to inform family and friends in the area to avoid Hannaford’s prepared foods offerings.

    The meat Dept. has high quality products and excellent service. Maurice the manager and Corey are always super professional. I highly recommend!
