While ordering the person on the other side was absolutely confused about our insanely basic order and had us repeat it. Arrived at the window where the charged us for an extra drink we did not order and offered us a free donut. A free donut doesn’t make up the extra 4 bucks we were just charged. The employees acted like they had no clue what was going on. Never will I go back to this location.
