When I walked a bit befor 7:00a.m. in there was nobody in line at the counter, I walkes up as the only person in line in a clear line of sight of the 3 people working behind the counter. They had a busy drive through and it appeared that they also had some mobile app slips to fill, so I was patient and attempted to be understanding. I watched as they made 5 or 6 coffees with whipped cream and drizzle to fill the mobile slips that were on the counter in front of me as well as several for tge drive through. I only started to become a bit annoyed when I started to see new mobile slips being printed and placed down on the counter in front of me and they were filling those orders before even looking at me. Also they were constantly taking drive through orders, two of the three were taking drive through orders while I stood there. Only after watching a number of drive through and moble orders that had arrived much later than I did being filled did I finally speak up and ask, " Is this location drive through only?" To no response. So I asked again louder (with a polite yet inquisitive tone) at that point a voice cut through the chaos saying faintly " No we aren't drive through only." So to that voice I responded " Well I am pretty sure that I have been standing here at the counter a lot longer than the people who's orders that you are filling in the drive through." After another 3 or 4 minutes a person came to take my order. It didn't go well. That is a story for another time. Over all I was in the dunkin donuts for about a half an hour from the time that I got in line to the time that my order was incorrectly filled.

- TBTineka BilodeauOct 22, 20251.0I ordered a medium frozen hot chocolate and it tasted absolutely disgusting like the machine hasn't been cleaned in a year so I brought it back, they gave me another one.And that one also tasted like complete crap.I would not recommend this dunkin's.To my worst enemy, there is definitely a health hazard going on.In that place, the donuts were completely stale.Absolutely disgusting. So I brought my drink to the dunkin' donuts in milton, and they refunded me a new drink and it was absolutely amazing
