I’ve been eating Taco Bell for about 20 years and I think this may be the straw that finally broke the camel’s back. This was just an abysmal showing. We ordered off of the app, which I will admit is pretty decent and allows for customization which is nice, and once I arrived the staff was quick and got my food out to me quickly (maybe this is part of the problem), but the end results were just straight up poor. The taco shells tasted stale, the vanilla orange cream slushie was not even filled up to the top of the cup at arrival. And the Crunchwrap supreme is the worst offender. They are consistently skimpy so we ordered in the app with double meat and veggies, but once we took a look under the hood there was a speck of meat in there, less than even usual. For spending an upcharge for double meat it’s just unacceptable. I don’t fault the employees and unfortunately this is an issue at a much higher level than just this location, but at this point we are expected to pay more ($15 for a combo meal is highway robbery) for quality that has been decreasing year after year. I’m just one person so I have no real impact but money talks in this world so I just don’t think I can in good conscience spend money at Taco Bell again any time soon.

I went to this location about 2 hours ago after going to the one in Seabrook and being told they were out of rice and beans. At the Portsmouth location, I ordered a bean and rice burrito, sour cream, a baja blast, and hot sauce. I also rounded up $0.95 to donate when they asked. My bad, I didn't check the bag to make sure the workers gave me the correct order. The only thing they gave me was the burrito, and I paid for all of it. I called 20 minutes ago and said I was missing items from my order. The guy on the phone asked what I was missing. I told him and asked if I could have a refund for the missing items. He said no one there has the ability to give me a refund at this time and that I can come back and talk to the manager tomorrow or come back right now and get the missing items. Hopefully the manager is kind and rectifies the situation, because it's extremely frustrating to not get a simple order correct and have to take time out of my day to get my money back.
