My honey-glazed donut was great, my iced black coffee, no sugar, was lame, very weak, no real flavor. Perhaps it’s the optional flavors and the sugars that draws people in. I’ll skip the coffee next time and just grab a donut. I grind my own Starbucks whole beans. Far better. The staff were pleasant.

While my boyfriend waited for our mobile order for 30 minutes (mind you it was not busy), everyone behind the counter was standing around doing nothing (except for the one person working the drive thru). They don’t ever mix the drinks so you have to mix them yourself, even the energy drinks. Every time I’ve ordered from this location, something has been messed up with my order. I understand plain old human error, but this is consistent and can no longer be excused by forgetfulness.
