Even if you order it "extra toasted" it never seems like it touched a toaster. They also always mess up the coffee orders. Ordered with cold foam? They never put it on. You have to bring it up to them every time to remind them of it. I'm reinot sure why they're so horrible at this specific location, but it's always a let down
