    Just got a coffee, the kiosk wasn’t working. I pushed the button multiple times and it wasn’t working. The short hair blonde (no name tag) asked if I had pushed the button. I stated I had, the gentleman behind me also tried and stated it wasn’t working. The employee then made snarky comment as she was walking away that it had been working all morning. She was rude and not very friendly. Honestly, she probably shouldn’t be working the counter if she doesn’t know how to be polite and helpful instead of rude. Seems like she could use a vacation to get her attitude under wraps.

    Food is usually pretty good. But they can't seem to get basic requests right. I wanted sausage instead of bacon. Says it right on the order slip... still got bacon. At least it was tasty, and came out fairly quickly.

    Huge shoutout to the team working during the morning of 8/9. I placed a mobile pick up order around 10:30am and when I got there they were packed. Drive thru was a huge line and so many customers inside too, I’d never seen it so busy and I come here often. Despite the huge influx of people the team was so efficient, organized, and genuinely kind and giving great service. I can only imagine how stressful this was and I know I would not have been able to stay as cool and calm as they were. I was extremely impressed and this is why I love my local Dunkin!
