    Somebody get these people some help from corporate. I have been here over a year and this Dunkin is just terrible. The guys at the window are so rude. Luckily the ladies make up for that. But honestly, it shouldn't take over 15 minutes *consistently* every day of the week to get one iced coffee.

    No one has a clue what they are doing. Slow drive through and walk in. Constantly getting my order wrong. People standing around talking to each other while waiting 10 minutes in a DRIVE THRU . Got to blame management. Awful location!
