- TJT JOct 25, 20251.0Just got a coffee, the kiosk wasn’t working. I pushed the button multiple times and it wasn’t working. The short hair blonde (no name tag) asked if I had pushed the button. I stated I had, the gentleman behind me also tried and stated it wasn’t working. The employee then made snarky comment as she was walking away that it had been working all morning. She was rude and not very friendly. Honestly, she probably shouldn’t be working the counter if she doesn’t know how to be polite and helpful instead of rude. Seems like she could use a vacation to get her attitude under wraps.
