The salads used to be fresh but lately I have noticed that the quality of the food has declined considerably including their sandwiches. I visited twice this week. The lettuce has brown stems, wilted greens, the avocado rotten. Both times I asked to exclude the chicken and bacon. You would think that the price would be less for not having these 2 items. Nope! For a bowl (partially empty) I paid the same amount as if I had included the meats. $15.72 overpriced The two small containers of the dressing were only filled 1/4; barely any. This company is cutting back in quality and quantity. The baked goods I’ve purchased from them are not fresh at all. On top of that, the apple they placed in my bag was dried out from sitting on the shelf for maybe weeks or maybe a couple of months. I can tell when an apple has been in my fridge for months. Here is a picture of the apple I got at Panera Bread. I couldn’t eat it.

- NANoel ANov 15, 20255.0In all the Paneras I've been to, this is by far the best in service, food and customer service. As a traveling worker, it is hard sometimes to find good people. But to find good food AND good people combined? Their Chipotle chicken avocado breakfast sandwich is made of everthing delicious. As long as I'm in NH, I'll always be a returning costumer. Obviously there are a two or three questionable people when I've gone through drive through, but a win is a win.
