I've worked at dunkins, there should ALWAYS be someone on drive thru one on counter and one on food.. not everyone helping drive thru and ignoring the counter

Was impressed today, seeing the manager front a rush in the store and in the drive thru at the same time, all with the coffees and food coming out with perfect attention to detail!
