  Literally the rudest and dumbest interaction I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Paid $8.19 for 25 munchkins. They didn’t have enough munchkins. So I said let’s do half a dozen donuts. They said ok. Then came back and said the donuts are more so I’d have to pay for them (I’m thinking the difference between the two items, logically). Then said your total is $7.99. I said wait - I paid more for the munchkins. The rude chick in the back kept saying “it’s not an even swap the donuts are more”. Proceeded to show them I paid more for the munchkins, haha. They couldn’t comprehend. So they wanted to charge me twice and send me on my way because there was no manager to give me a refund for the munchkins. I’d have to come back tomorrow for my $8. Left with like half the amount of munchkins and 4 pathetic looking drinks. They were super rude about the entire thing like I was the problem. Never again. The iq was not in the room at that location.

  Literally prob the worst dunks I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to them all across the country . From no sugar being in my coffee cuz there was none in the dispenser and no1 noticed. Several timesssss. Or the line of ppl I feel like they let sit in drive thru hoping they will give up and leave instead of ordering, becuase no1 can possibly be that slow or incompetent. When I say not 1 person here cares about there job I feel like that’s the nicest thing that could be said . This will be my last time I sit 20 min in a drive thru with 3 cars in front of me

  Food is average. They never cook the sandwiches anymore and just slap a raw piece of fake cheese on it without cooking or melting it. What the heck do they think we are paying for, raw food? I seriously have my doubts about Dunkin and the training they get (if any). I've even gone to Dunkin and the help didn't know how to make a frozen hot chocolate properly! Their stuff isn't worth it. It's way too expensive, anyway.
