When I come to pickup my order I can’t get a word in when Eric brings it out to me he gets so animated when talking and the last time I brought my daughter with me to pick up my order she started crying because Eric was talking very loudly and scaring her. Occasionally I’ll have the time to shop for myself and I’ll walk by the drive up and go area and Eric will be talking very loudly and swearing while the other people in the area stand looking very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why Eric is the assistant manager for this department because from where I’m standing it only seems like he hinders the rest of that team.
