- OXOlivia xproulxJan 18, 20261.0i went in this morning to pick up my mobile order, i ordered a large iced dunk latte with cold foam & less ice. when i got there the cup was half way full of cold foam and i paused. i walked over to the pick up counter and talked to who i believe is the manager, she ignored me at first then asked what i needed. i explained what happened and she responded with “well that’s how we do it here” and i said how at my store we make sure the $7 drink is what people are paying for regardless of less ice or not. she gave me a hard time about adding more coffee milk and leaving an inch at the top for cold foam and then she fixed it and i left. the service there was just totally appalling.
