  I’ve had some mediocre experiences here in the past but this past weekend took the cake and pushed me to share a review in hopes they can better the location. Upon arrival, I had submitted a mobile order 7 minutes before. My avocado toast was done with no bacon. The gentleman was kind enough to take it back, remake it and tell me the bacon wasn’t fresh so he cooked more. I observed another worker pick up trash off the floor and not wash their hands before proceeding to make more coffee and food. My coffees were being prepared by a staff member that appeared to be new to the team. Very rushed, unorganized and not paying attention. This Individual coughed into my coffee cup during the process of making it while proceeding to complain to other coworkers that his throat was killing him. He proceeded to make another customers coffee all while indicating it was the most botched one ever and hopefully didn’t “suck”. She confronted his comment and said it would be fine. I proceeded to watch him drink his own coffee with no lid or stray and it got everywhere. He coughed again all over everything in the front. After my coffee was made I respectfully asked another member of the team to remake my coffees while I shared my concern. She was very kind and explained they are training new staff. As I was leaving I heard him say he may need to go home as he wasn’t feeling good. My question is, can we please asses those that are on for the day and if the need to have hands is worth the risk of everyone else’s health while working with food? I’ve been trying to give this location chances for the last year and I think I won’t be returning after this experience.

  The staff are rude and upset they have to make your drinks even though its their entire job. The food is typically correct but they run out of stuff way too often and when you ask for a replacement they get mad. The atmosphere in the store is extremely tense and it could take 10 minutes in the dt just to get a mobile order.

  Medium iced caramel macchiato - I guess you serve them pre stirred now with a splash of espresso. Pathetic
