  It's McDonald's. What what is there to say. Consistency of experience is their Hallmark, and this location doesn't disappoint.

  I recently placed a mobile order, one item being a burger with no bun. When I went through the drive-through and received my order, I asked the employee at the window, “Is there silverware in the bag?” Her response was, “I don’t know, look,” followed by an eye roll. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but when you are at work, personal issues should not be taken out on customers. Treating the people who ultimately pay your paycheck with disrespect is unacceptable. It is also reasonable to expect that utensils would be included with a burger that does not come with a bun—this is not a difficult detail to understand. To the employee who was rude: you may need some coaching on basic courtesy and respect, or perhaps you should be assigned to a position that does not require direct interaction with customers. Overall, the experience was unnecessarily unpleasant and unprofessional. I am providing this feedback in hopes that it will be addressed.

  It's McDonald's what really is there to say. The only thing that has changed here since my grandfather time on their prices. It's cheaper to go to a sit-down restaurant

  Go here all the time for my girls but they never get my order right when I order. Also, the kids have ZERO customer service skills. Like won't even speak when handing you food out the window.
