Go here all the time for my girls but they never get my order right when I order. Also, the kids have ZERO customer service skills. Like won't even speak when handing you food out the window.

I went by McDonald's in Pelham last Friday at 10:30 pm after work. I went through drive thru and saw a few tables of teenagers all smiling, an employee was bringing food to the table with a big smile. It looked like a commercial lol. Line went fast, employees were friendly and food was HOT!
Today I went to get a mcgriddle and the bags got messed up and I got the wrong order. I went back and they knew that there was a screw up they apologized and quickly remade my order. I couldn't be happier with the service.

i SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM i want my burger plain bc of allergies. and they did NOT do that.. they also have no service so the mcdonalds app barely ever works. quite disturbing how little care is put into their customers well-being. i get its a fast food place but c’mon…
