  I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru yesterday for my medium coffee. When I got there, there was a total of 5 cars in line. It should not have taken me 20 minutes for the coffee. Since this one moved and re-opened, I call it the slow dunks. I went on a Saturday morning once, no cars behind me, and they asked me to pull up to the stop sign and wait for them to make my one medium coffee. The past 2 weeks the good dunks was closed for renovations, im glad I'm no longer forced to use this dunks.

  I hate to leave a negative review but I've sat in line numerous times one than 10 mins with no one in front of me. I've tried so many times to be positive and say "maybe it's just an off day". I've excused the burnt food, wrong coffee, but today after 13 minutes of waiting for someone to acknowledge i was waiting to order o just left.

  Start off by waiting an unbelievable amount of time. Then when I finally get my coffee, the worker looks at the coffee, looks at me and says "sorry we didn't stir it" then proceeds to hand it to me. Not sure how that is my problem but ok. Then I drive down the road and start eating what I believed to be the sandwich that I ordered. Turns out its not the right sandwich either. Drive the extra couple feet and try the other Dunkin's across the street. Do not go here.
