- AAAJZX AliceaDec 30, 20251.0My mom went to order and she asked for less ice on a refresher and they said they can't do that we have went to multiple dunkins locations and we get what we asked for especially for $3 something for a drink is expensive if we want less ice you suppose to listen to the customer I feel like they trick people into getting more ice than the drink cause it's funny a large goes quick when you have way to much ice and that's not normal for my drink to be gone that quick cause they trick you with more ice if we pay for something and we want less ice then that's what we should get not what they want us to get!!! 1 star review cause they suck!! Wack people and rude!!
- HHHaleyDec 16, 20252.0this was my go-to dunks in Pelham but today was a huge screw up and I can't reach anyone in the phone. My order: medium cold brew chocolate caramel black with chocolate cold foam. When I got to the window it was almost $9. I said how I only ordered 1 coffee, and saw my coffee go on the rack to be given to me. Girl at window said they put 33 chocolate carmels in the order and that's why it was more expensive. She fixed it and charged me normal. She handed me the coffee and I was looking at it since it was made BEFORE the ticket change. She ASSURED me they would never make it that way. So I took it and left. On my way to work I take a sip and it's straight syrup, can't even taste the coffee. They certainly did make it with 33 syrup pumps. Tomorrow I'm coming in, explaining and demanding a free coffee because this one is straight trash.
