  I never leave reviews but I had to with this. The younger girl with black hair and piercings should NOT work here. I came with my friend who has a 5 month old baby and I ordered my food first - my friend then had to run to feed her child so she asked me to order for her. When my food was done, I told the worker I was going to be ordering for my friend as well - she then ROLLED HER EYES at me and just stood there. God forbid you actually have to do your job AT YOUR JOB. I was so disgusted by this, your job is literally customer service. If you hate your job that much, you should quit. I will never come to this Dunkin again.

  The lady that works in the morning is rude and snappy I ordered a medium a hot mocha coffee and forgot to tell her I wanted cream and sugar and she goes "well you gotta tell me that" instead of simply asking "cream and sugar?"
